Feel like a pro swimmer as you glide through the water and notch up your lengths in the Olympic pool in front of the Andreus. At 33.33 metres in length, the sports pool is the longest outdoor pool in South Tyrol and is heated to 31°C all year round. Professional timekeeping is integrated into the sports pool at our hotel near Merano so you can keep up your swimming training even on holiday. At the same time, keen recreational swimmers are also welcome in the sports pool.
The indoor pool at the Andreus is extremely popular all year round, as it is heated to a pleasant 34°C and surrounded by plenty of loungers. A true highlight is the mirrored ceiling above the water, which creates a magical atmosphere. The indoor pool is also directly connected to the outdoor pool through a sluice.

Care for your skin while swimming in our heated saltwater infinity pool in the adults-only relaxation area on the roof terrace of the Andreus Hotel. Salt water is good for the skin, helps with skin impurities and contributes to wound healing.

The bathing pond in the Andreus palm garden invites you to enjoy a refreshing swim in natural surroundings. A quick morning dip is ideal for early risers in both summer and winter to get the circulation going before the rest of the hotel has woken up. The bathing pond is surrounded by palm trees, sun loungers and cosy corners. Tip: the natural bathing pond is the perfect cooldown after a sauna session!
With the indoor children’s pool heated to 36°C, Alpine hut, small slide, aquatic animals and gold-panning station, our young guests can enjoy an entertaining water wonderland. Outside in the children’s sand pool at the FINKI Island adventure playground, kids can play, splash and frolic to their hearts’ content.
