It’s special. It’s diverse. It’s incredibly delicious. South Tyrolean cuisine combines Alpine traditions with Mediterranean influences to conjure up light and flavourful dishes. These range from hearty Alpine specialities such as “Schlutzkrapfen” stuffed dumplings and bacon through to lighter Mediterranean delicacies such as grilled fish fillets with herb pesto. The use of fresh, regional ingredients is a characteristic feature of South Tyrolean cuisine and goes without saying in our hotel.
